As per the Cessna Citation 650 model Maintenance Manual 20-31-00-7, Exterior Finish-Cleaning/Painting, it is necessary to perform the Eddy Current Skin Joint Inspection as per Cessna 650 Model NDT Manual every time the aircraft is stripped and prepped for repainting.
